Ringgold School District Property taxes are issued by August 15th every year. Residents receive a 2% discount if the taxes are paid by Oct 15th. Between Oct 16th and Dec 15th property taxes are due at face value. After Dec 15th, there is a 5% penalty for late taxes. If property taxes are not paid by January 1, of the following year, the taxes will be turned over to the Portnoff Law Associates (866-211-9466).
All unpaid Per Capita taxes will be turned over to Keystone Collections (724-978-0300)

Ringgold has an online payment portal for REAL ESTATE TAXES though their website-www.ringgold.org,

- Electronic Check Payments ($1.50 service fee will apply)
OPTION: REAL ESTATE Installment Payments – payments are paid at FACE amount (2% discount does not apply) Follow the installment Schedule on bill.
The option for installment payments is not available through the online credit card system; however, installment payments with credit cards can be made at the Tax Collector’s Office.
PENNSYLVANIA Property Tax/Rent Rebate- application deadline: June 30th (the Department may extend the application deadline if funds are available. Applications can now be submitted online via the Dept of Revenue’s myPATH portal
